• 8% of money paid to the provider by the insurance company for claims the we have submitted.
• $5.00 for verifcation of patient benefits

• $4.00 per claim for claims applied to a patient's deductible or where the copay is more than the insurance company allows

 

Credentialing Services

Our charges vary by Insurance company and start at $75 per panel. Please ask us about our bundle pricing or request a quote for your credentialing needs.
